Their barcode-driven system means inventory discrepancies are virtually nil, and their customer service team gets back to us quickly. We’ve had two account managers so far—both switched-on, resourceful and keen to sort things out quickly. The IT crew is just as sharp; any Shopify tweaks are handled almost straightaway. I toured the warehouse recently and was genuinely impressed by how clean and well-organised everything is. In short, NPF delivers the reliability and attention to detail we need so we can focus on brand growth. Only thing worth noting is we've had some issues with our other brand with large box items and mix ups with SKUs as they items are too big to be processed by their barcode system.
