As Founder and CEO of NPFulfilment, Rodney’s vision is to bring every ecommerce merchant across Australia and Asia-Pacific the innovation and expertise to accelerate their ecommerce growth. Throughout 20+ years, he has worked tirelessly with everyone at NPFulfilment to bring this vision to life. Rodney and his team are motivated by their collective purpose to empower customers’ success through post-purchase experiences that turn shoppers into lifelong advocates.
Jey Kanagaratnam
Chief Information Officer
Since coming on board with NPFulfilment in 2003, Jey has been instrumental in the continuous development of the technology solutions and systems that enhance the end-to-end fulfilment experience for customers. Jey brings a wealth of experience that includes 3PL, warehouse automation, logistics, online retail systems, ecommerce, ERP, CRM, help desk, IT infrastructure, data centre, and more. He has led the innovation of NPFulfilment’s systems, including proprietary in-house technology, that allows customers to fulfil accurately, fulfil faster, and achieve greater success.
Oivind (Irvin) Dragvik

Irvin knows that business growth is a story of numbers, leveraging customer-focused performance metrics to improve customer outcomes. He is the Chief Financial Officer at Fulfilment and an experienced Commercial Finance Manager with a proven history of financial leadership in the retail industry. He is highly skilled in business planning, contract management, negotiation, and operations management.
