  • Picking: Pick-to-light technology directs our team to the correct SKUs with 99.9% accuracy. The system confirms each item with a button press before the order moves to packing.

  • Packing: Orders are packed to your brand specification, including branded tissue, inserts, thank-you cards, and any custom unboxing elements your brand runs.
  • Shipping: Dispatch is handled by your nominated carrier, with same-day service for orders received before 2pm.
  • Delivery Tracking: Tracking numbers push back to your customer and to your platform the moment the parcel scans onto the carrier’s network. Your customer receives the update in your brand voice via your store’s standard order email.
  • Returns: Any returned parcel is received at Eastern Creek, inspected, graded, and either restocked or disposed of in accordance with your return policy. The customer is automatically refunded or replaced on your platform.

  • Orders drop into our WMS the moment of checkout
  • Inventory decrements on your platform the moment of pick, so your storefront never shows stock you don’t have
  • Tracking numbers push to your customer through your platform’s standard order notification
  • Returns trigger automated workflows for refund or replacement without manual reconciliation

We also connect to custom platforms through API for brands that have built their own checkout or run proprietary order management systems.

Nothing in the workflow requires CSV uploads, manual data entry, or cross-checking between systems. If your current e-commerce fulfilment setup still involves someone copying order details from one screen to another, that step disappears the day you integrate with us.

Same-Day Dispatch

Delivery speed is now a buying criterion, and same-day dispatch is the floor most customers expect from the brands they trust. We publish and stand behind a 2pm AEST cut-off for same-day dispatch. Orders that hit our WMS before 2pm on a business day leave the warehouse the same day, with tracking in the customer’s inbox that afternoon. Orders that come in after 2pm dispatch the following business morning.

That SLA holds during both ordinary trading weeks and peak periods. We plan capacity with each client from August onward, staff up in October, and run volume simulations before the first Black Friday order hits the system. The 2pm cut-off doesn’t slip when volume triples, because the infrastructure and the team are already scaled for it.
